Conquer Your Health – Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 19th March 2025

Introduction

OneTwentyOne, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the Conquer Your Health app (the "App") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about you. This Policy applies to all users of the App and is governed by U.S. law. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

No Automatic Data Collection: We do not automatically collect personal data or health information from your use of the App. The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal details to function. We do not collect sensitive information such as your health metrics, medical conditions, or usage logs on our servers. All health-related data you enter into Conquer Your Health stays on your device and is not transmitted to the Company.

No Third-Party Tracking: The App does not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising services that would track your usage or collect your information. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies within the App.

Information You May Provide Voluntarily

While using Conquer Your Health, you might choose to provide certain personal information to us in specific situations:

Feedback Submissions: If you submit feedback or suggestions through the App's feedback form (or via email), you may provide your email address and any comments or details in your message. Providing an email is optional, but if you do include it, we will use it to respond to your feedback or requests.

Customer Support Inquiries: If you contact us for support via email, text message, or phone call, you will provide us with the contact information you use (such as your email address or telephone number) and any other information you choose to share during the conversation. This could include details about the issue you are experiencing or general comments about the App.

Aside from the above scenarios, Conquer Your Health does not ask for or collect any personal information. We do not collect your name, address, age, health data, location information, or any other personally identifiable information through the App itself.

How We Use Your Information

If you do provide us with personal information (for example, by emailing support or submitting a feedback form), we will only use that information for its intended purpose. Uses of your information include:

Responding to You: We use your contact information (email or phone number) to respond to your inquiries, feedback, or support requests. For instance, if you report a bug or request a new feature, we may reply to acknowledge your message and inform you of any resolutions or plans.

Improving the App: We may use feedback or suggestions you provide to improve Conquer Your Health. Your ideas may help us refine features or add new content. If we implement a suggestion you provided, we do so without any obligation to compensate you (as noted in our Terms of Service regarding Feedback). We will not publicly attribute suggestions or feedback to you without your permission.

Support and Follow-up: If you contacted us about a technical issue, we might follow up with you to ensure the issue is resolved or to gather more information to help address it.

We do not use your personal information for marketing or advertising purposes, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Local Data Storage: All data related to your health tasks, progress, or any entries you make in the App is stored locally on your device. We (the Company) do not have access to this in-app data. Because the data stays on your device, you have full control over it at all times. If you choose to delete or uninstall the App, all such locally stored data will be erased from your device as part of the uninstall process.

Communications Storage: If you correspond with us (for example, via a feedback email or a support text message), records of that communication may be stored by the Company. For instance, emails you send to us will reside in our email inbox, and text messages or voicemails you send may be retained by our support team. We will protect these communications and any personal data contained in them using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. For example, our email systems are password-protected and may be encrypted, and access to support communications is limited to authorized personnel.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the limited personal information we receive. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Since we do not store sensitive personal data or health information on our servers, the primary responsibility for securing your health data lies with you through your device's security (e.g., using a strong passcode or biometric lock on your phone and keeping your device's software updated).

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information except in the following circumstances:

With Your Consent: We may share information if you explicitly request or consent that we do so.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information you have provided to us if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or government request). We will only disclose the specific information required and will inform you if legally permitted.

Protection of Rights: We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OneTwentyOne, Inc., our users, or the public. For example, we might disclose information to investigate or prevent a security issue or potential fraud.

Note: Since we do not collect or store your in-app health or activity data on our servers, we have no such data to disclose to any third party. Any disclosure would pertain only to the limited contact information or communications data you voluntarily provided to us (such as an email you sent for support).

Children's Privacy

Conquer Your Health is not intended for use by children or minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use the App or send any information about yourself to us. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete the information.

Your Control and Data Rights

Because the App does not store your data on our servers, you have direct control over your data at all times:

Deleting the App: If you wish to remove all of your health and activity data, you can simply uninstall Conquer Your Health from your device. This will delete all data the App stored on your device. We do not keep any backups or copies of that data.

Accessing or Deleting Communications: If you have communicated with us via email or other means and wish to access those communications or have them deleted from our records, you may contact us with your request. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests to review, update, or delete information we might hold about you (for example, deleting your support emails), in accordance with applicable law.

Since we do not maintain user accounts or profiles, we do not have a centralized database of user information. Any personal information you provided (such as a support email) is handled on an individual basis as described above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other reasons. When we update the policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. If changes are significant, we may also provide a more prominent notice of the update (such as a notification within the App or a message via email, if we have your email on file for support purposes). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of Conquer Your Health after any modifications to this Policy will signify your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and you may contact us to address any concerns.
